Recycled Hardwood Brisket Board -131
Recycled Hardwood Brisket Board
Crafted from 80+ year old Australian Blackbutt — reclaimed, restored, and ready for a new life
This impressive brisket board is made from recycled Blackbutt timber salvaged from old bearers and joists on the Central Coast of NSW. After more than 80 years hidden beneath a home, this timber has been transformed into a feature piece that’s built to perform and designed to stand out in your kitchen or BBQ area.
Blackbutt is renowned for its strength, durability, and beautiful warm tone — qualities that only deepen with age. This board captures all of that character and more. With a deep, full-surround juice groove and generous working surface, it’s perfect for brisket, roasts, BBQ meats, and large food prep tasks.
Custom handles are routed into each end for comfortable lifting, and solid non-slip feet keep the board stable and secure on any benchtop. The surface has been polished using Step 1 & 2 by @kustomcreations_byscott and finished with a food-safe beeswax oil for a rich sheen and lasting protection.
If you’re looking for something truly unique, this board can also be custom-made to any size you need.
