Returns

If you have a problem with any of our products, please contact us! We don’t want you to be disappointed and will do our best to resolve the issue!!

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, except for items that are defective or are damaged in transit. Please note that each item is individually made and may exhibit variations in colour, finish and texture. These variations are not considered to be defects.
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us with a picture of the defective product within 7 days of delivery. At our discretion, you may be required to ship the items back within 14 days of delivery, either for refund or replacement.
