I build every piece using salvaged Australian timber, meaning no two items are ever the same. Natural marks and unique grains are part of the wood's history rather than flaws. These organic details are what make your handcrafted furniture truly one-of-a-kind.

I take great pride in our woodcraft and want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, i will work with you to find a fair solution. I value the time you took to choose us and the hard work i put into every custom Australian piece, so i will always be transparent and helpful in making it right.

Returns and Swap Policy

If you have any worries about your order, please let me know within 7 to 14 days of it arriving. Just send me your order number and a couple of clear photos showing the issue. Items need to be in their original, unused condition. I’ll take a look and get back to you quickly to sort things out.

Full Refunds

If your furniture shows up with a major defect or was damaged while on its way to you, I will happily provide a full refund. I hold Myself to high standards, using reclaimed Australian timber to build pieces that are meant to stay strong and sturdy in your home for a whole lifetime of daily use.

Credits and Repairs

For small tweaks or minor issues, I usually suggest store credit or a quick professional repair. It’s a great eco-friendly way to fix things up! I am more than happy to work together to make sure your timber piece looks and feels perfect in your space.

Custom Work

Since most of my items are made specifically to your size and style, we can’t offer refunds if you simply change your mind. Please double-check your measurements and project details before i start building so everything fits perfectly.
