The Ashford is a solid, handcrafted coffee table built from recycled Australian Mountain Ash, giving new life to timber with history.

Every board carries its past — subtle grain movement, natural checking, and feature lines that have formed over time. These elements are carefully stabilised and left visible, not filled or hidden, keeping the piece honest and true to the material. It’s this character that sets recycled timber apart — no two pieces will ever come out the same.

With a 40mm thick top and a size of 1200 x 600mm, the Ashford is designed for everyday living while still making a quiet statement in the space.

The black steel base keeps the look grounded and clean, adding strength and a modern contrast to the warmth of the timber. It’s a simple, functional design that lets the recycled Mountain Ash remain the hero.

Finished in Odie’s Oil, the timber is nourished to bring out its natural depth and tone. The result is a smooth, low-sheen surface that feels as good as it looks and will continue to age and develop character over time.
