Crafted from **100% recycled Australian Redgum and Blackbutt**, this board leans into contrast—bold redgum bands running strong through the piece, framed by the softer golden tones of blackbutt. It’s not perfectly uniform, and that’s exactly what gives it its edge. The timber dictates the look, not the other way around.

At **700 × 500 × 40mm**, it’s a full-size brisket board with real presence—plenty of room for a whole brisket, a couple of racks, or a loaded spread straight off the BBQ. Thick, weighty, and built to stay put while you work, with a deep-set juice groove running clean around the edge to catch everything you throw at it.

Because it’s reclaimed timber, you’ll spot the history—subtle checking, darker streaks, and natural variations that come from years of use before it ever became a board. Cleaned up and reworked, but never stripped of its character.

Finished with a **food-safe beeswax blend**, it stays smooth where it needs to be, while still holding onto that slightly raw, honest feel.
