Crafted from 100% recycled Australian Redgum and Blackbutt, this board is built around contrast—bold redgum bands running strong through the piece, framed by the softer golden tones of blackbutt. It’s not perfectly uniform, and that’s exactly what makes it special. The timber dictates the look, not the other way around.

At 700 × 500 × 40mm, it’s a full-size brisket board with real presence—plenty of room for a whole brisket, a couple of racks, or a loaded spread straight off the BBQ. Thick, weighty, and made to stay put while you work, with a deep-set juice groove running clean around the edge to catch everything you throw at it.

Because it’s reclaimed timber, you’ll see the history in it—subtle checking, darker streaks, and natural variations that come from decades of life before it became a board. Cleaned up and reworked, but never stripped of its character.

Finished with a food-safe beeswax blend, it’s smooth where it needs to be, while still holding onto that slightly raw, honest feel.
