Give a genuine piece of Australian history a place in your home with this handcrafted tube vase holder, created from a 120-year-old reclaimed Redgum fence post sourced from a historic property just outside Bairnsdale, Victoria.

After standing in the ground for over a century, this weathered Redgum has been carefully repurposed while preserving the features that tell its remarkable story. The original grain, deep cracks, natural checking, weathered patina and even the beautiful patches of preserved lichen have all been left untouched, ensuring every piece remains completely unique.

Three precision-drilled openings house removable glass tube vases, making it perfect for displaying fresh flowers, dried stems, native blooms or simple cuttings from the garden. The contrast between the rugged, century-old timber and the delicate glass tubes creates a striking balance of rustic charm and modern simplicity.

The original bolt holes and natural imperfections remain as a reminder of the timber's working life and have been sealed with a hard wax spray to preserve the aged appearance while protecting the wood.

Whether displayed as a dining table centerpiece, on a windowsill or as a decorative feature in any room, this vase holder celebrates Australian craftsmanship and sustainable design.
